Leeds Grenville invites Proponents to participate in an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to supply all labour, materials, transportation and safety equipment for snow removal and de-icing operations at the following locations:
· 33 Bennett Street, Spencerville
· 105 Lewis Street, Merrickville
· 318 Brock Street, Merrickville
· 200 Bridge Street, Kemptville
· 201-203 Prescott Street, Kemptville
It is imperative that the driveways, parking lots and walkways are cleared of snow and ice after weather events to ensure tenant and emergency vehicle access as well as the safety of tenants, guests and staff.
It is expected the contract will be from November 1, 2017 to April 15, 2018 with possibility of a one-year extension. |
