Please be advised that the Housing Department of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the Counties) is currently accepting applications for inclusion on our Qualified Contractors list. Qualified contractors included on this list may be contacted to perform work within the Counties public housing portfolio. 

If you are interested, please download and complete the Application for Qualified Contractors List and return it to our office along with a photocopy of current documentation as follows:

· 
Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate

· 
WHMIS certification

· 
General Liability Insurance certificate (minimum liability coverage of $2,000,000 is required)

· 
Automobile liability insurance (minimum liability coverage of $2,000,000) for owned or leased vehicles
used directly or indirectly in the performance of services

· 
All applicable trade licenses/certificates
