* Online Submissions Only * The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 17 multi-residential and 176 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 80 Water Street, Brockville is an 8-storey apartment complex in need of a new make up air unit. Currently, it’s serviced by one rooftop engineered-air DJ-60 with a capacity of 4400 CFM and a natural gas heating system that was installed in 1995. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to replace the existing unit with one new engineered-air DJX-60MV-V-R unit with gas-fired heating systems. It is expected that this project will be completed by November 30, 2023. Note - There is no parking onsite. Only the successful bidder will be required to submit a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the sub total contract price and a labour and material payment bond.
