* Online Submissions Only * The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. There are 13 family units in Prescott, ON, that require the installation of new windows and doors. The addresses are: 255, 256, 259, 260, 265, 273 and 282 Victor Road, Prescott, ON 258, 264, and 296 Roberta Crescent, Prescott, ON 527 and 585 Edward Street, Prescott, ON and 891 Boundary Road, Prescott, ON We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. It is expected that this project will be completed by October 31, 2025. The successful bidder will be required to provide a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the overall bid, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until 60 days past the end of the contract period.
