The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 176 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 80 Water Street Brockville, is an eight-story building with 82 apartment units. It requires new painting in the common areas on all eight floors. 

We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. 

It is expected that this project will be completed by December 1, 2024.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a $1000.00 certified cheque, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until the end of the contract period.
