The Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the Owner, herein after called (“Leeds Grenville”) owns 16 multi-residential apartment buildings. 503 Fort Town Drive, Prescott was constructed in 1972 and 275 Water Street, Prescott was constructed in 1975.

The air make up unit at 275 Water Street is provided by two rooftop units equipped with electric duct heaters. The system is original. The system at 503 Fort Town Drive, consists of one engineered air make up unit with a capacity of 2000 cfm with a natural gas-fired heating system. The system was installed in 1992.

We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to replace the existing two units at 275 Water Street, Prescott,  with two new Engineered Air DJX-40MVO units with gas-fired heating systems, and to  replace the existing unit at 503 Fort Town Drive, Prescott,  with one new Engineered Air DJK-40MVO unit with gas-fired heating.
