Leeds Grenville invites Proponents to participate in an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to supply labour, materials, transportation and safety equipment to replace all roofing shingles with 35 year, high definition - asphalt/fiberglass shingles, including ice shield and underlayment; repair/replace damaged flashing at fifteen (15) family duplexes/semis.
Please note, the street facing portion of the mansard roofs are to be strapped and sheeted vertically with Americana, 29 gauge steel roofing, and installed as per manufacturer’s instructions.

· Fort Town Drive, Prescott 529-531; 537-539; 545-547; 553-555; 561-563; 569-571, and 577-579
· Fort Town Drive, Prescott 500-502; 524-528; 532-534; 540-542; 548-550; 556-558; 564-566, and 572-574
· Excluding units 508-510 and 516-518
It is expected the contract shall be completed no later than Friday, October 28, 2016.
