To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that the Housing Department of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (The Counties) is currently accepting applications for inclusion on our Qualified Contractors list. Qualified contractors included on this list may be contacted to perform work within The Counties public housing portfolio. If you are interested, please complete the enclosed Application for Qualified Contractors List, and return it to our office, along with a copy of current documentation as follows:
• Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
• WHMIS certification
• General Liability Insurance certificate (minimum liability coverage of $2,000,000 is required)
• Automobile liability insurance (minimum liability coverage of $2,000,000) for owned or leased vehicles used directly or indirectly in the performance of services
• All applicable trade licenses/certificates
Enclosed you will find the Application and Contractor Reference Guide.
All applications will be reviewed for inclusion on our Qualified Contractors list. Applicants will be notified in writing of the status of their application.

  3. To register as a Plan Taker select "bid details”. You will need to agree to our Terms of Service before proceeding.
