This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (“the Counties”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Engineering Services at 25 Central, as further described in Section A of Appendix D - RFP PARTICULARS (the “Deliverables”) of the tender document. The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville Administration building is a two-story building that has approximately 165 staff working out of offering services to residents and the surrounding communities. The selected Engineering firm shall be responsible for providing all necessary services related to planned office renovations scheduled between July 2025 and December 2026. This includes supporting the phased implementation of changes, pending budget approval, providing the following services: Integrated Safety and Security Assessments, Design and Planning, Drawings and Documentation Safety and Security Enhancements, Tendering and Processing of Contractor Bids, Project Management and Oversight. |
