The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the “Counties”) invites qualified consulting firms (“Respondents”) to submit proposals for pre-qualification to provide professional services for a wide range of Public Works projects.

Firms that are successfully pre-qualified will be placed on a roster and may be invited to participate in future competitive procurement processes for assignments in the following areas: transportation, bridges, culverts, roads, stormwater, traffic, surveying, and other municipal infrastructure works.

The Counties intend to pre-qualify up to four (4) consulting firms per roster category for a term of thirteen (13) months, from December 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026.
