Leeds Grenville invites Proponents to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide professional real estate services for the sale of up to six (6) properties owned by Leeds Grenville in the Town of Prescott, Ontario. The six (6) single houses contain two (2) or three (3) bedrooms and are all currently rented. The timeline for sales will depend upon vacancies which are anticipated to occur over a minimum two (2) year period. The properties for sale are 290 Roberta Crescent, 296 Roberta Crescent, 273 Victor Road, 897 Boundary Road, 435 Churchill Road, and 507 Churchill Road. An overview of the properties listed above is attached tot he RFP as Appendix A. Leeds Grenville intends to advise local community agencies with interest in affordable/low-income housing about properties for sale and to direct their interest to the realtor selected through this RFP.
