Leeds Grenville invites Proponents to participate in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to act as Overall Responsible Operator (ORO), pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, S.O. 2002 C.32 on behalf of Leeds Grenville to ensure these three systems are constantly in compliance with all Ministry requirements and regulations to provide safe drinking water to the residents, clients and employees in a cost-effective manner. 


Miller Manor, Mallorytown and The Maples, Spencerville

Miller Manor and the Maples are two-storey multi-residential buildings located in Mallorytown and Spencerville, Ontario, with drilled wells as the water source. Leeds Grenville is the Owner and Accredited Operating Authority for the Drinking Water Systems at Miller Manor and the Maples, which are categorized as “Small Municipal Residential”. The chlorine system at the Maples (Spencerville), has been decommissioned. 

Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre

The Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre is in Oxford Station, Ontario. The Interpretive Centre is available to be leased for meetings or recreational/educational functions. The well at the Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre is categorized as a Small Municipal Non-Residential System that serves a “designated facility”.

As a pre-condition of award, the successful bidder will be required to submit a $1000.00 certified cheque, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until 60 days past the end of the contract period.
